  • Created solutions for NFC tag challenges like blank or damaged tags

  • Designed a custom CMS to support the fully customizable experience

  • Delivered wireframes, flows on flows on flows, and a sitemap

  • Partnered with design and development to create the end product

  • Documented all of the functional specs and global partner requirements

  • Helped conduct user testing and revised designs accordingly
